pianist, 25.sep.1864 baptized by her foster parents as Caia Augusta Juliette Harry Aarup at Holmens Sogn in Copenhagen, studied music in Copenhagen and Paris, 1887 emigrated to the USA settling in New York City where she was teacher of piano at the Metropolitan Conservatory, 1898-1903 private teacher piano at 21 East 14th and 489 5th Avenue while residing at 174 Nicholas Avenue in Manhattan, 1902-1924 during the summers resident in Brookfield Center Connecticut teaching at the Summer School of Singing founded in 1900 by her husband, 1913-1919 she maintained private studios at Carnegie Hall in New York and Presser Building in Philadelphia, 1913-1924 leader of the Rudolf Steiner anthroposophical St Mark Group in New York, 1913-1927 as piano teacher residing at 883 7th Avenue in New York, 20.aug.1918 she played piano in Offenbach's 'Tales from Hoffman' at a 'smokes for soldiers' benefit for the Soldiers Smoke Fund at the Old Post Road Inn in Brookfield, from 1923 'Mrs. Greene's forces began to fail' ; daughter of Peter Holst Wildenradt (natural daughter of Harry Aarup) and Wilhelmine Amalie Henriette Antonette Wahlmann Holst Wildenradt ; 20.may.1902 in New York Manhattan she married composer Herbert Wilber Greene (Massachusetts, Holyoke 20.may.1851-25.sep.1924 Connecticut, Brookfield)
