pianist, teacher piano, 1901 lived with her family at 22 Vauxhall Street in St Helier at Jersey Channel Islands, studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London where she was honored Bronze and Silver Medallist, 1916-1918 she worked for the Intelligence Department War Office, she taught at the Training School for Music Teachers in London, as private teacher she taught piano and specialized in rythmic and aural training for children, 1933 residing at 117 Westbourne Terrace in London Paddington, 1956 in London Putney and 1969 in Tunbridge Wells, she died 'of old age' at Halliwell Nursing Home ; daughter of Wesleyan minister Philip George Adair (Channel Islands Jersey, St John 1847-) and Mary Jane Norman (Channel Islands Jersey, Grouville 1853-)
