dancing residing with wife and children at 130 South Portland Street in Glasgow ; son of music teacher James Allan (Glasgow 1793-) and Euphemia
Hamilton (Glasgow 1800-) ; 1.jul.1852 in Old Monkland he married Agnes Lethem (Glasgow Barony 19.sep.1829-)
