jewish organist, blind from the age of 15, organist at the Fasanenstrasse synagogue in Berlin, residing at Karlsruher Strasse 29 in Berlin Wilmersdorf, 1917 at Kurfurstenstrasse 146, 5.jun.1939 he was forced by nazi act to add Israel to his given names, 14.dec.1942 deported from Berlin and murdered in Riga, a memorial grave was erected in Berlin Mitte ; 14.nov.1917 in Berlin he married Alice Charlotte Nathanson Senft (Grunberg 12.aug.1881-)
