1902-1937 active and residing in Paris, 1902 at 14 villa de la Renaissance, 1902-1903 conductor of orchestre symphonique 'Le Concerto' de la Societe d'enseignement moderne (with members from Ecole Turgot), 15.jun.1902 at Cirque d'hiver he conducted 'Le Concerto' in a festival of 150 violin students of local music schools under the presidency of Mr. de Selves prefect of Seine and Theodore Dubois director of the Conservatoire National de Paris, 1920-1928 conductor of the orchestra of the Olympia theatre in Paris, 1928-1937 conductor of the radio orchestra in his own radio shows 'Cafe-concert' 'Music-hall' etc. on Radio-Paris, 5.aug.1932 conductor of the new music-hall Le Papillon in Paris, 24.nov.1935 he conducted the choirs and orchestra in Lulu by Georges van Parys broadcasted on radio Paris-P.T.T., 1936 as composer member of SACEM ; probably related to Rene Andre (Bordeaux Begles 4.jun.1870-) because their compositions were almost exclusively performed in their own or each others radio shows on Radio-Paris
