violinist, singer, took his first lessons with his father, then continued his studies with Eulalio Samayoa, 1835 founder and director of the most important
music school at that moment, admitting mainly poor students giving them food and clothing, he organized a student orchestra which received commissions
from the Interior of the Republic to play at religious festivals, 1842 treasurer of Sociedad Filarmonica, with Benedicto Saenz he organized
philharmonic sessions, although not dedicated to composition he prepared simple pieces for the use of their students ; grandson of Jose ; son of
violinist Valentin Andrino and Maria Vargas ; eldest brother of Jose Escolastico,
Leandro and Pantaleon
