violinist, pianist, doctor by profession, 1879-1881 studied composition at the Koniglichen Conservatoriums der Musik (now Hochschule fur Musik) in Leipzig, 23.apr.1881 he played in a string quartet and movements from a composition of him were performed by students at the Feier des Geburtstages des Sr. Majestat des Konigs Albert at the Koniglichen Conservatoriums der Musik in Leipzig, until 1885 concert master in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark, 15.oct.1887-15.dec.1890 studied medicine at Rostock University, 1892 PhD Dr. med. from Leipzig University, 1891-1892 practiced in Penig, Doberan and Warnemunde, then in Marienburg, later he went to South Africa where he was doctor in Aberdeen, 1895 in Simonstown, until 1901 in Port St. Johns, 1901 because of the Boer Wars he returned with his second wife to Germany and settled in Swinemunde (Swinoujscie) ; son of merchant David Bernhard Anger and Ida Rosalie Kunze ; 8.sep.1891 in Warnemunde he married the 16 year old Anna Carla Henny Gustava Friederichs (Schwerin 28.may.1874-), divorced Warnemunde 13.jan.1896
