violinist, 1884-1890 born and residing with her parents, a governess, cook and two servants at The Elms 88 Aylestone Hill in Tupsley, 1900 with her widowed father, a governess, housemaid and cook at Glen View Hall 141 Hafod Road in Tupsley, she studied violin under August Wilhelmj at the Guildhall School of Music in London, studied violin with Donald Heins (Hereford 1878-) with whom she fell in love and traveled the world, 11.sep.1903 she played at Shire Hall at the close of the Hereford Musical Festival, 1904 debut with the London Symphony Orchestra, 11.apr.1905 at Queen's Hall she played Bruch's violin concerto with the London Symphony Orchestra under Georg Henschel, 17.nov.1905 she gave a recital at Aeolian Hall London, 1910 owner of a 1789 Lorenzo Storioni violin, 1911 she toured South America and 1912 Germany, she died aged 28 after an operation for appendicitis at Friedrich Wilhelm Hospital in Bonn ; granddaughter of the founder of the Hereford Times and mayor of Hereford Charles Anthony (Hereford 22.sep.1802-) ; daughter of the owner of the Hereford Times Charles Anthony (Hereford All Saints 1841-1919 Tupsley) and Elizabeth Warington (Staffordshire, Wolverhampton 15.jan.1845-2.jun.1898 Tupsley) ; 1910 stepdaughter of Maud Ada Richards (Wales, Swansea 1874-10.mar.1960 Swansea)
