pianist, 1911-1924 studied at Real Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella di Napoli, 1919 graduating in piano with Alessandro Longo and 1924 in composition with Gennaro Napoli, 18.may.1922 he took part in the great concert of twelve pianos organized by pianist Florestano Rossomandi at Teatro San Carlo in Naples for the benefit of Casa del Soldato, 1927-1937 director of the italian Istituto Musicale 'Giuseppe Verdi' in Tunis Tunisia, 1938-1963 teacher piano at Conservatorio Santa Cecilia in Rome, performed as concert pianist in many European countries and 20.feb.1939 in Rome, 1942 in Bologna, 1946-1947 at Teatro San Carlos in Lisbon Portugal, 1955-1956, 1963-1964 and 1966-1967 at Teatro La Fenici in Venice, 1963-1975 director of the Conservatory of Cagliari
