conductor, bandmaster, studied music with August Reuss in Munchen, studied with Ernst Pepping at the Hochschule fur Musik in Berlin, in WWI he played in a German military band, 1915 as musician residing at Weststrasse 85 in Leipzig, conductor and military bandmaster in Konigsberg (since 1945 Kaliningrad Russia), 1932 as military bandmaster residing at Werderstrasse 18 in Augsburg, after WWII bandmaster of the municipal band in Ettlingen, 1955 as military bandmaster residing at Emil Gott Strasse 21 in Karlsruhe, 1965 as military bandmaster residing at Danziger Strasse 18 in Karlsruhe, buried in a grave with his wife Charlotte and ?son Eckhard at the Hauptfriedhof Karlsruhe
