1876 as music master residing at 14 Bark Place in London Bayswater, 1887-1915 residing at 5 Darnley Road, Royal Crescent in London Notting Hill, 1891 active as teacher of music, 1891 he was on the council of examiners for practical and theoretical music at the London College of Music, 16.oct.1892 in a provincial town he was judge and chair in a bands contest, his verdict was not to the liking of everyone, he was insulted by the interested parties, abused, pursued and finally thrown into the water, he was only saved thanks to Emergency and the energy of some policemen, 1901-1904 book publisher at Verdi Lodge, 11 Stanley Road in London Teddington, he died at Darmstadter Strasse 8 in Berlin Wilmersdorf, the home of his wife who was still living there in 1932 ; son of merchant Solomon Asch (died Lubben Germany) and Lerta Boer (died Beelitz) ; 15.jan.1877 aged 21 at St Matthew in Bayswater he married 35 year old widow Christiana Green nee Ward (Hertfordshire, Watford 9.jan.1842-1906 Notting Hill) ; 1912 in London Kensington he married coloratura soprano/professor of singing Margherita Simonetti (c1880-a1932 Berlin)
