oboist, 1863-1867 he seems to have studied oboe with oboist and composer Charles Triebert (Paris 31.oct.1810-18.jul.1867 Paris) at the Paris Conservatoire, known for one composition only which was arranged and published for many different combinations of instruments also long after the initial year of publication 1868, the success of this composition and the fact that he published nothing else may indicate that he died shortly after
