violinist, organist, city accountant by profession, studied music in Arad, 1885 moved to the Reformed High
School in Vasarhely, 1886 founder/director of the school orchestra in which he also played as soloist, 1888
conductor of the Mukedveldo Zenetarsasag commonly known as the gentleman's band, after graduating in 1890 he
went to Pest, but soon returned to Vasarhely, 1891 he founded a private music school, 1895 he lead the newly
formed Music Society and was assistant organist to the choir, 1897 conductor of the Dalarda choir, after 1910
leader of the cinema orchestra and member of the Andor Csepke string quartet, 18.jun.1944 he was deported from
the concentration camp in Szeged and died of a serious illness in the wagon on the way
