pianist, piano teacher, poet, grew up in Wellingborough Higham Ferrers, Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music (LRAM), Associate Trinity College London (ATCL), 1957-1984 music teacher and residing until death at 50 Prospect Avenue in Rushden, after retiring from music teaching at a high age she turned to writing of poetry ; daughter of boot clicker in his fathers boot factory Walter Bailey (Higham Ferrers 19.jun.1887-) and Emily Pettit who married 1912 in Wellingborough ; 1940 in Wellingborough she married painter/decorator Robert Berwick (Wellingborough 16.mar.1913-1986 Rushden)
