Baker, John Lawson 4.jul.1939-4.jan.2015 England Surrey, Dorking - Cambridgeshire, Ely
singer, architect by profession, self-taught as composer but 1964 took some lessons with Thea Musgrave, singer at St Martin's in Dorking, Hampstead Parish Church and Rochester Cathedral, since retirement as architect he started composing again, since 1999 residing in Ely, 2007 singer with the St Peter Singers of St Peter's Church in Ely, his works were performed by the Ely Cathedral Choir and the St Peter's Singers, winning competitions by the RSCM in Norwich and Norfolk, The Chantry Quire in Chichester and the Archdeaconry of Cambridge
