1907-1917 principal contributor for Le Guide Musical in France mainly on musical events in Monte Carlo and Nice where he lived, 1912 he gave a festival of his works performed by singers of l'Opera de Nice, the Opera Comique and the Casini Municipal of Nice, 1912 member of Societe des auteurs et compositeurs dramatique in Paris, January 1914 the Belgian writer Georges Eekhoud authorized him to draw a musical drama from his novel Kees Doorik (Mi-Careme sanglante), 1936 as living composer member of Societe des Auteurs, Compositeurs et Editeurs de Musique (SACEM) Paris (it is very exceptional that SACEM and the Copyright Office did not know about his death) ; son of director general at the Ministry of Labor of Belgium Vincent de Paul Adolphe Sisinie Ernest de Behault (Leuven 17.mar.1847-1924) and Emilie Louise de Bal (13.dec.1853-1918) ; 28.nov.1912 in Sint-Joost-ten-Noode he married Claire Mathilde Josephine Cailteux (Spa 22.jun.1879-18.jun.1914 Brussel Ixelles)
