organist, pianist, 1808 organist of the Church of England parish church in Woodstock, he wrote some songs and glees and a number of rondos, sonatas, variations etc. for the organ and pianoforte, he died aged 26 of consumption and was buried 28.jul.1809 in Woodstock ; son of John and Susanna Bennet
