pianist, 1898 studied harmony with Xavier Leroux at the Conservatoire de Paris, 18.feb.1901 as young composer he debuted with an unprecedented lyrical drama 'La vendetta' the book that passes in Corsica is of a very dramatic character which has been very well grasped by the composer (Le Menestrel) but its political content caused a lot of upheaval among the population and even quarrels and duels between pro and anti, 1901 admitted as membre stagiaire composer of Societe des Auteurs et Compositeurs Dramatiques in Paris, 12.jun.1919 he gave an audition musicale at salle de la Bibliotheque anglaise in Mustapha-Superieur near Algiers, 1936 as composer member of Societe des Auteurs, Compositeurs et Editeurs de Musique (SACEM) Paris, in his later years he worked as clerk in the service of the town hall/supply depot in Blida near Algiers ; son of attorney at the court of appeal of Algiers Jean Baptiste Charles Berlandier (Charles pere) (Algiers 6.apr.1852-26.jun.1915 Algiers) and Cezarine Cephise Josephine Henri (Algiers 22.apr.1856-) ; 25.oct.1907 in Algiers he married Jeanne Pauline Emilie Henri (Paule-Charles Berlandier) (Algiers 4.oct.1890-)
