clarinetist, saxophonist, pharmacist, studied music with Joseph Morrisette at Worcester Academy Massachusetts, graduated in pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, played in the Morrisette brass band, 1895-1929 played in the Salem Cadet Band under Jean Missud, 1910-1929 residing at 67 Loring Avenue Salem where he ran a pharmacy with his wife as bookkeeper ; son of carpenter Charles H Bigelow (Massachusetts, Holliston 1832-9.may.1891 Ashland) and Ann Maria Jordan (Ireland sep.1843-) ; 1905 he married Nellie I Bigelow (Maine 1873-a1941), they had no children
