flutist, studied flute privately with Jean Louis Tulou [very unlikely because he was never called 'eleve de Tulou' but if true it was under the age of 12 in Nantes], 1873 studied flute at Toulouse Conservatory, 1873 he performed fantaisie 'Bonheur de se revoir' at audition musicale dramatique donnee par les jeunes eleves du Conservatoire at Theatre du Capitole, 4.mar.1878 performed as concert flutist at Salle des Illustres au Capitole in Toulouse, 1878-1920 for 42 years professor of flute at Toulouse Conservatory, 1881-1894 first flutist in the orchestra of Charles Haring (Toulouse 1849-1899 Bordeaux) at the Grand Theatre du Capitole Toulouse, 1886-1891 residing at 26 Rue Montardy, 1889-1905 in Toulouse he made improvements to the Boehm flute in collaboration with his friend flutemaker Djalma Julliot (Couture-Boussey 20.apr.1858-), 1892 for a season first flutist in the orchestra of Charles Haring at the Grand Theatre de Bordeaux, 1.jun.1893 decorated Officier d'Academie, 27.oct.1900 decorated Officier de l'Instruction publique, 1901-1903 conductor of l'Union Artistique Toulouse, 1904-1913 solo flutist of Societe des Concerts du Conservatoire de l'Association Symphonique and at Theatre du Capitole Toulouse, 7.feb.1920 he was buried at paroisse Saint-Sernin on Boulevard de Strasbourg 71 in Toulouse ; c1883 in Toulouse he married professor of piano at Toulouse Conservatory (1879-retired 1934) Marie Francoise Pauline Barthe (Labarthe-Inard 2.feb.1858-) ; son Raymond (Toulouse 1891-24.aug.1904 Luchon) ; daughter Mademoiselle (in 1920) Suzette Borne
