pianist, generally known as Madame Galos, as wife of a wealthy Bordeaux wine-grower she was an amateur musician, 1890 she and her sister-in-law Mme Roche Galos (Mrs Louis Roche) were owners of villa Velleda in the seaside resort Arcachon while residing in nearby Bordeaux, 1899-1901 she was the sole owner, 1900-1902 she resided as rentier with Mme (Louis) Roche Galos at 50 allees Damour in Bordeaux, where she was member of Societe des Amis des Arts and Mme Roche Galos a founding member, 8.aug.1903 she moved from Paris to Bordeaux (probably meaning she gave up her second residence in Paris to stay in Bordeaux permanently) ; daughter of prefect Francois Dominique Larreguy (Marseille 13.jul.1786-9.oct.1842 Nevers, bur. Paris) and Louise Cecile Guerin de Foncin (-1.dec.1863 Bordeaux) who married 15.apr.1817 in Paris ; 24.nov.1839 in Angouleme she married wine-grower Bernard Theodore Galos (probably a son of the colonial deputy Joseph Henry Galos of Bordeaux) ; their two children died in infancy
