harpsichordist, studied with Francesco Durante, from 1722 gave concerts at his palazzo in Naples, member of the napolitan noble family Milano, the by-name 'd'aragona' means nothing more than descendant of one of the italian noble families originating from Aragon in Spain, marchese (marquis) di Polistena and San Giorgio (now San Giorgio Morgeto), duke of San Paolo, 1740 cavalier of the Ordine di San Gennaro (Saint Janvier) in Naples, 1741 ambassador in Paris to Louis XV king of Sicily, 1.jan.1747 chevalier du Ordre de Saint Esprit in Versailles, 1753 returned to Naples, 1755 ordered the restauration of the Duomo di Napoli ; 1726 he married donna Enrichetta Caracciolo di Sanbuono (1707-1784 )

[Fetis says died 30.nov.1780 at his estate San Paolo and Stieger says he died 'auf San Paolo' meaning an estate but San Paolo has always been the name of the village (16 miles east of Naples) not of an estate]
