tenor singer, mandolinist, guitarist, studied music with Giorgio M Sullio, he was opera singer at the theatres of Catania Sicily, 1893 he formed his own 12 member mandolin orchestra Circolo Italia, 1908 he sang in Puccini's Tosca in Milan, 1911 in Mascagni's opera Cavalleria Rusticana at the Imperial Theatre in Tokyo, 1911-1925 teacher of bel canto singing and teacher mandolin in Japan, coach and member of the Keio Mandolin Club orchestra in Tokyo, 17.may.1921 he traveled from his home at Salogotto 90 in Siena to Tokyo
