pianist, teacher piano, born at Redcot Mount Vernon Road in Barnsley, 1929-1932 studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London, 19.jun.1929 she played piano in the 'Suite for oboe and piano' by ex-student Rosalie Bridgeman at a students chamber concert at the RAM, 6.jan.1932 she appeared with cellist Megan Lloyd in a one hour concert on Daventry Radio, she was accompanist to contralto Kathleen Ferrier (1912-1953), she died at Ranmoor Grange nursing home, Ranmoor Park Road in Sheffield while residing at Endcliffe Vale Road in Sheffield ; daughter of chemist Arthur Wright (Barnsley 1880-) and Annie Louise (Barnsley 1881-) ; 1939 in Staincross Yorkshire she married tax inspector John Millns Pacey ; mother of violist Prunella Pacey (Durham 1949-)
