Aharoni, Shalom 15.dec.1895-23.aug.1971 Russia, ? - Israel, Petah Tikvah
studied at the Institute of Musical Art (now Juilliard) in New York City, 1917 in WWI he volunteered for the Jewish Legion of the British Army, 1923 he continued his studies with Victor Saar and Wesley Laviolette at the Chicago College of Music and resided at 3244 Lawrence Avenue, in Chicago he applied for naturalization but it was denied, 1935 emigrated to Israel, 1942 in WWII as already a WWI veteran he volunteered again in the Jewish Brigade of the British Army, he was buried at Segulah Cemetery in Petach Tikvah
