pianist, organist, choral conductor, studied organ, piano and singing, associate and licentiate Trinity College London (ATCL, LTCL), organist in Heidelberg near Johannesburg, probably teacher in children's schools because he is known for children's songs only, 1955 residing in Mosselbaai, 27.may.1960 he conducted a massed youth choirs performance in a Union Festival at the Festival Stadium in Merino with the combined bands of the S.A. Leer (Army) and S.A. Lugmag (Air Force), 1964-1964 organist in Uitenhage near Port Elizabeth ; son of Edward Wium Albertyn (24.oct.1892-11.mar.1931 Montagu, in an accident) and Angelique Adelaide Uys (Paarl 1.jan.1898-22.aug.1972 Montagu)
