violinist, 1866 received his first musical study from Pedro H Cisneros, 1882 with subsidy from the gorverner of Durango he studied violin with Eusebio Delgado and composition with Melesio Morales at Conservatorio Nacional de Musica in Mexico City, 1887-1915 teacher violin and until 1922 teacher harmony at Conservatorio Nacional de Musica
