pianist, professor of music, unlike her sister Ida she never performed in public, she must have had a thorough study of composition because some of her compositions became extremely popular Europe wide and had countless performances but never by herself, 1861-1864 residing with her parents, sister Ida, 2 baby brothers, governess, nurse, housemaid, parlor maid and cook at 2 Pembridge Gardens Kensington, 1871 residing with her widowed mother (income from West Indies possessions), sister Ida, 3 young brothers and 3 servants (cook, parlor maid, housemaid) at 14 Colville Terrace Notting Hill Kensington, 1881 as married interpreter of music residing with her mother (independent), sister Ida (interpreter of music), 3 brothers, Lady-help and 2 servants at 18 Boscombe Road in Hammersmith, 1891-1895 as professor of music residing with husband and a servant at 24 Appach Road in Brixton, she died aged 46 from an apoplexy coma while she and her husband were on a visit one mile from home at 1 Sandmere Road in Clapham ; daughter of West Indies proprietor Hon. John Audain (Richmond-hill, Saint Vincent, West Indies 1808-13.may.1864 Notting Hill) and Hannah Bannatyne (Penang, East Indies 1825-5.may.1883 Notting Hill) ; 19.sep.1871 at All Saints Kensington she married bank clerk Alfred Reginald Soppitt (London Islington 1842-21.nov.1908 Brixton) ; they had no children
