3.jun.1875 baptized at the Sankt Peter and Providenzkirche in Heidelberg, he studied music supported by the Grossherzog of Baden, 1895 kapellmeister-volontare under Felix Mottl at the Grossherzoglichen Hoftheater in Karlsruhe and residing at Hirschstrasse 17, before 2.sep.1899 as music director residing in Frankenthal Pfalz, 2.sep.1899 settled in Mannheim where he had been appointed musical director and teacher at the Hochschule fur Musik, 7.may.1900 his wife moved in with him at Lameystrasse 16 in Mannheim, later director of the Conservatory in Neustadt a.d. Haardt, there he was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment at Kloster Ebrach for sex crimes against his pupils, he died aged 37 of heart failure after he had almost served his sentence ; son of Johann Heinrich Wilhelm Bade and Luise Karoline Maier ; 1900 he married Lena Keller (Frankenthal Pfalz 28.may.1874-) ; 11.jun.1904 in Mannheim he married Marie Luise Henger (Mahlberg 21.jul.1880-)
