Barrett Lennard, Emma Ysolda 22.jan.1857-11.aug.1938 England Essex, Brighton - Aveley
born at 2 Percival Terrace, then moved to 7 Lewes Crescent in Brighton, grew up mainly at the Belhus mansion in Aveley, she resided alternately in Brighton, at the Belhus mansion and in London Kensington, 1910 residing with her husband, 5 children and 7 servants at 33 Harrington Gardens in London Kensington, at time of death residing at Belhus in Aveley, she was the last Barratt-Lennard occupant of Belhus which had been the family home since the 15th century, her personality was singularly lovable, graciousness and charm united with unfailing sympathy and generosity, even all her servants received a substantial part of her inheritance ; daughter of baronet Sir Thomas Barrett Lennard (London 29.dec.1826-17.jan.1919 Brighton) and Emma Wood (London Peckham 1831-8.jun.1916 Brighton) ; 7.jan.1881 at the House of Her Brittannic Majesty's Embassy in Paris she married barrister John Donohoe Fitzgerald (Ireland, Dublin 1847-1918)
