actor, comedian, also a good musician and skillful symphonist for the violin, 3.mar.1732 as actor he debuted as Scaramouche in 'Colombine, avocat pour et contre' at the Comedie-Italienne in Paris, 1736-1737 actor at the Comedie-Italienne and 'comedien italien ordinaire du roy' of king Louis XV, 1736-1737 residing together with other comediens italiens ordinaires du roi in the Hotel de la Comedie-Italienne at Rue Pavee in the parish of Saint-Sauveur Paris, 1747 still 'comedien italien ordinaire du roy' residing at Rue Beaurepaire, 26.may.1754 he died at his home Rue Beaurepaire and was buried the next day at his parish church Saint-Sauveur ; brother of the famous comedienne Jeanne Rose (Giovanna Rosa) Guyonne Benozzi (Toulouse 1701-16.sep.1758 Paris Saint-Sauveur) ; he married Claude Simonne Audureau who survived him
