Holywell with printer/publisher James Kerfoot Evans as only heir of his estate worth 10 pound (apparently he did'nt do well in business), he is best remembered for his
hymntune Hyfrydol ; 1840 in Bala he married Elizabeth (Merionethshire, Llanfor 1805-)
