Winnubst, Johannes (Johan) Hendricus Petrus 24.dec.1885-19.jun.1934 Netherlands, Amsterdam - Utrechtorganist, choirmaster, studied organ with Jean Baptiste de Pauw, church music with Hubert Cuypers and composition with Bernard Zweers in Amsterdam, 28.jun.1910 appointed organist and choirmaster of the Kathedrale St Catharinakerk in Utrecht, conductor of the cathedral choir 'St Gregorius Magnus', 19.nov.1925 appointed organist, choirmaster and teacher organ and composition at the new roman catholic Kerkmuziekschool St Cecilia at Plompetorengracht 3 in Utrecht, he was also chapel master of Mgr. Henricus van de Wetering archbishop of Utrecht, he died unexpectedly after a week being in good health after major surgery on 11.jun.1934 at the St Antoniusgasthuis in Utrecht, buried at R.K. Kerkhof Biltstraat in Utrecht ; son of composer Pieter Winnubst (Medemblik 1.aug.1854-21.oct.1929 Amsterdam) and Anna Maria Swart (Amsterdam 1.oct.1858-18.apr.1924 Amsterdam) ; 24.aug.1911 in Amsterdam he married Anna Petronella Pauline Walthaus (Amsterdam 9.feb.1882-20.mar.1967 Amsterdam)
